Jennifer Goodwin has served as an assistant cross country coach at Walla Walla University since 2019, helping guide the growth of the Wolves program through athlete development, recruiting and a commitment to competitive excellence.
Since joining the coaching staff, Goodwin has played an important role in increasing participation among the women's cross country team while helping the program produce two NAIA National Championship qualifiers. Under her tenure, one student-athlete qualified for nationals in 2019, with another earning a national championship berth in 2025.
In addition to her collegiate coaching responsibilities, Goodwin served as the pole vault coach at Walla Walla Valley Academy from 2019 to 2025. During her time with the program, student-athletes qualified for the state championships every season.
Goodwin earned a Bachelor of Arts in business marketing with a minor in international business from Eastern Washington University in 2016. She is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
As a coach, Goodwin is passionate about helping student-athletes reach their potential while fostering a positive team culture built on hard work, perseverance and personal growth.
