Joey Inman

Joey Inman serves as the sports information director and an assistant women's basketball coach at Walla Walla University. He joined the women's basketball coaching staff in 2025 before assuming leadership of the athletic communications department in June 2026.

As a member of the women's basketball coaching staff, Inman has contributed to the continued development of the program, including helping Jaylo Bello earn All-Cascade Conference honors. In his role as sports information director, he oversees athletic communications, statistics, media relations, website management, social media, photography and branding for Wolves Athletics.

Prior to joining Walla Walla University, Inman served as head boys basketball coach at Central Middle School from 2018 to 2020. He then spent five seasons at McLoughlin High School, serving as the varsity assistant coach and junior varsity head coach from 2020 to 2025. During his tenure, he helped develop six all-league student-athletes while contributing to the growth of the program.

A former Wolves student-athlete, Inman competed for the Walla Walla University men's basketball program from 2014 to 2018. He served as team captain during the 2017-18 season and earned Academic All-Cascade Conference and NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors.

Inman earned a Bachelor of Science in elementary education with a minor in physical education from Walla Walla University in 2018. He later received a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Grand Canyon University in 2020.

Inman is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court while advancing the visibility and storytelling of Wolves Athletics through strategic communications and media relations.
