Women's Volleyball Concludes Season in Oregon

Eugene, Ore. – Walla Walla concluded their last road trip of the season, squaring off against No.14 Corban University Friday afternoon and Northwest Christian University on Saturday evening. Unfortunately for the Wolves, this was not the way they had hoped their season would come to a close, as both matches ended up in sweeps.
 
 THE BASICS:
 
 Match 1: 
 Final:  # 14 Corban 3, WWU 0
 Records: Corban (19-7, 16-4 CCC), WWU (2-25, 0-19 CCC)
  
 GAME NOTES:
  • The Wolves totaled 90 total attacks while the Warriors recorded 79. However, the Wolves were only able to convert those into 23 kills while the Warriors converted 35 kills.
  • Walla Walla totaled 15 kills, while SOU registered 36.

PLAYER HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Caldora Blackburn led the Wolves in kills with six, while Sarena Bartley and Jacquelyn each recorded eight kills to lead the Warriors.
