Klamath Falls, Ore. – Walla Walla kicked off its 2019 Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) season on the road in Klamath Falls, taking on the Owls of Oregon Tech. The Wolves put up a fight in the opening set, however, would drop it 25-20 and the Owls rode that momentum to a sweep over the Wolves, 25-20, 25-12, 25-10.

GAME NOTES:
- Walla Walla played the Owls tight in the first set, even holding a 17-14 lead, however, the Owls, after a timeout, regrouped and held off a Wolves rally in the first set, eventually claiming the opening set 25-20.
- The second set saw errors disrupt any type of Wolves rhythm and the Owls took advantage en route to a set victory, 25-12.
- In the final set, the Owls took advantage of open seems in the Wolves defense, eventually dropping the Wolves, 25-10 and dropping the Wolves to 0-1 on the 2019 CCC season.
