Caldwell, Idaho – Walla Walla men's basketball found themselves up 38-28 early in the second half over No. 3-Ranked College of Idaho after executing a near-flawless first-half game plan, but the Yotes second-half surge, capped by a 30-5 run, stopped the upset-minded Wolves, 77-58.

GAME NOTES:
- The Wolves were able to avoid an early deficit for game two, as they traded baskets with the Yotes in the early minutes of the half. The three-ball helped the Wolves in the first half, as they knocked down seven of their first eight triples to take a 35-26 lead into the half. The Wolves shot 50-plus percent from the field while holding the Yotes to 33-percent.
- After Zayne Browning knocked down a triple to push the lead back to double-digits in the early stages of the second half, the Yotes chipped away for the next three minutes. A Jake Bruner three-pointer gave the Yotes their first lead of the game at 41-40, but the Wolves quickly answered on an Avery Stuart jumper to reclaim the lead. The Yotes would then put together an 18-2 run, capitalizing off Wolves turnovers, to push their lead out to double-digits at 59-44 midway through the half. The Yotes maintained a double-digit lead for the rest of the game, as the Wolves could not carry over their first-half success.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Artur Borges Paraizo scored 14 of his career-high 19 points in the first half, knocking down four first-half triples and five-for-seven in the game. KiAndre Gaddy picked up another double-double, registering 14 points and 12 rebounds, but both he and Zayne Browning (10 points), picked up their fourth fouls at the 16 and 13-minute marks of the second half.
- The Yotes scored 20 of their 28 points off turnovers in the second half, forcing the Wolves into 13 second-half turnovers.
- The Wolves dished out double-digit assists (15), the most since they picked up a win two weeks ago at The Evergreen State College. Noah Olsen led the Wolves with five assists.
