Klamath Falls, Ore. – Walla Walla women's basketball wrapped up their last regular-season road trip at Oregon Tech. The Wolves held a 45-40 lead after three quarters, but went cold in the final frame, as the Owls outscored the Wolves in the fourth quarter 24-5 to take a 64-50 victory and sweep the season series.

GAME NOTES:
- The opening quarter was one to forget both teams, as both teams struggled from the field and combined to make only three made field goals in the opening quarter. The Owls led after the opening quarter 6-4 as both teams went scoreless for the first three minutes of the quarter.
- The Owls extended their lead out to 15-6 three minutes into the second quarter, but the Wolves quickly erased the deficit over the next two minutes, going on a 10-2 run. The Owls quickly responded the Wolves run with a 6-0 run of their own to extend their lead back out to seven at 24-17. In a quarter of runs, the Wolves ended the last three-plus minutes of the half on an 11-2 run with Carolina Montes hitting a deep three-pointer as the buzzer sounded to give the Wolves a 27-25 lead heading into the halftime break.
- The Wolves continued their momentum to open up the second half, scoring the first seven points to extend their lead out to its largest of the game at 34-29. Looking to create more offensive opportunities, the Owls put on full-court pressure throughout the quarter and were able to cut the deficit as the Wolves took a 45-40 lead heading into the final quarter.
- The Wolves continued to hold onto their lead midway through the quarter, but the Owls were finally able to break through and take the lead on a Kristin Farrell three-pointer at the five-minute mark and would not look back. The Wolves went cold down the stretch, scoring only one point in the final five-minutes while the Owls scored 13 to secure the fourth-quarter comeback and survive the feisty Wolves.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Jacqueline Saucedo led the Wolves with 16 points, eight rebounds, and two blocks while Carolina Montes contributed 16 points, but shot only 4-for-16.
- Abby Kreiser led the Owls comeback with 15 points, to go along with six assists and five rebounds.
- The Owls were fueled by points in the paint, outscoring the Wolves 28-18.
