Women's Volleyball: Wolves Fall to Ranked Opponents

PORTLAND, ORE. – Walla Walla continued their season, hitting the road in two matchups against ranked opponents. The Wolves would fall to the (RV) Bushnell University in their first match and the No. 6-Ranked Corban University Warriors in their second match, as both Wolves opponents displayed a Top 25 attack. Gabrielle Browning hit a milestone, registering career kill number 250.

 THE NUMBERS:
  • Jocelyn Curiel registered her second most kills of the season against Corban. Gabrielle Browning notched career kill number 250 on the weekend.
  • Meherio Krainer led the Wolves in the passing department, registering 20-plus assists in the two matches.
NEXT GAME:
The Wolves will continue their season next weekend, hitting the road again and traveling to Southern Oregon and (RV) Oregon Tech.
