COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. — The Wolves fall to the Multnomah Lions, 77-86, in their last game of the 22-23 season.
The Wolves had an electric first half, shooting 70.37%, and going into the half up by 7 (47-40). Yet despite coming out hot, they were unable to finish the job. Multnomah responded back by playing a quick offense, and draining their shots. This led to their win over the Wolves.
Senior Artur Borges had a great night with 12 points, and 6 assists. Andrew Vaughan led the Wolves in points with 17, followed by Caleb Golden with 14. Senior Jordyn Perez followed behind Borges with 5 assists. Ethan Ford led in rebounds for the Wolves with 6.
On the Lions end, Tyrese Taylor and Zach Richardson had the hot hand. Taylor led with 24 points and 13 rebounds, earning him a double-double for the evening, followed by Richardson who had 23 points and 6 rebounds.
This game concludes the Wolves season. We wish our seniors all the best in their next adventures.
