COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. – Tonight, was a high scoring game between Bushnell and Walla Walla on our home court. The Beacons kept a solid lead all four quarters and won the game 98-80. Each player was scrappy going after every ball, but the Wolves' hustle wasn't enough to break the gap.  

Ironically, the highest scoring players of each team made 29 points in the match. Andrew Vaughn led the Wolves, and Spencer Hoffmann led the Beacons, who also had a double-double with 17 rebounds. These players shined on the court tonight and were leaders for their teams.  

Trevon Richmond also helped Bushnell on the offensive end with 15 points, as well as Stevie Schlabach who contributed with 13 points. 

Caleb Golden also made several buckets with 18 points, followed by Ethan Ford with 12. Britt Murray contributed on offense and defense with 10 points and 6 rebounds. The Wolves stayed focused during the game, making above 90% from the free throw line.  

There was a fast offense and tight defense from both teams in this match, but WWU was not able to pull through and even the score. They have a chance to earn a win at their next game against Oregon Tech on February 10 at 2 pm.
