PORTLAND, Ore. — Walla Walla University Lady Wolves made history once again, breaking their last year's record of most overall wins in a season. These wins come from a sweep on their trip to Portland, where they went up against Multnomah and Warner Pacific.
Walla Walla at Multnomah Game Notes (85-84):
Walla Walla secured an early lead over Multnomah, going into the half up nine points. They continued their lead up until the fourth quarter, where Multnomah made a last minute effort to secure a win. Despite the Lions' efforts, the Wolves won this match up with a last minute foul on Jordan Green-Wallace, where she went on to hit one out of two free throws to take the win 85-84 over the Lions of Multnomah.

Jaliyah Casem had a season high of 29 points, with four assists, and five rebounds for the night

Natalee Trevino had a career high of 22 points as well as three assists, one block, and one steal

Chariah Daniels followed with 15 points, five rebounds, and four assists

Jordan Green-Wallace led the team in rebounds with 11, a career high for her, and added one block to her stat sheet for the night
Walla Walla at Warner Pacific Game Notes (58-53):
Walla Walla and Warner Pacific battled it out for control of the game. However it wasn't until the fourth quarter where the Wolves went on a run, and were able to secure a lead. With only two seconds left on the clock, the Knights fouled Jaliyah Casem where she went to sink both of her free throws, solidifying the Wolves' win over the Knights, 58-53.

Chariah Daniels led the Wolves with 20 points and 14 rebounds, earning her 8th double-double of the 23-24 season. She also had three assists and three steals to add to her stat sheet

The Wolves are back on the road to the Greater Seattle Area where they will take on the Northwest Eagles Friday at 12 pm, and the Geoducks of Evergreen on Saturday at 7 pm.
