WALLA WALLA, Wash. — The Walla Walla Women's Basketball team finished the 2024 calendar year with a 73-47 Cascade Conference loss to Eastern Oregon on Saturday at Windemuth Court.
The loss dropped the Wolves record to 3-9 overall and 0-6 in conference play. Eastern Oregon improved to 6-4 overall and 2-3 in CCC action.
Freshman
Jaylo Bello had two early 3-pointers and led Walla Walla with 13 points. Senior
Chariah Daniels finished with 12 points and eight rebounds. Sophomore
Lora Moulder had a career-high eight points in just nine minutes of action.
The Wolves had a strong night at the free throw line with a 12-of-14 performance. Walla Walla forced 19 turnovers on the night.
Kaiea Waiwaiole led Eastern Oregon with 18 points and four assists. Kelsie Siegner and Mya Alvarado had 10 points each in the win.
