COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. — The Walla Walla Men's Basketball team was nearly doubled up in the rebound column and lost to No. 20 Oregon Tech 108-64 on Friday at Windemuth Court.
The Wolves are still looking for that first win of the season and dropped to 0-11 overall and 0-5 in Cascade Conference play. The Owls are now 10-3 overall and a perfect 5-0 in CCC action.
Oregon Tech outrebounded WWU 60-31 and brought down 28 offensive rebounds and turned them into 25 points, Walla Walla was only able to score five points in second chances. The Owls had 56 points in the paint to the 28 for the home team and Oregon Tech used a 65.8% shooting performance to take a 27-point lead into halftime.
Jordan Jackson led the Wolves with 20 points, the third time he has reached that scoring milestone this season.
Soren Dalan added 15 points and nine boards.
Dakota Reber and Grant Tull had 17 points apiece for the Owls to lead five OIT players in double figures. Jared Sucher had 16 points, Gaylan Payne added 12 points and James Kefgen finished with 10 points. All 13 players for Oregon Tech that saw the floor brought in at least two rebounds. Jackson Cooper had 11 assists for the Owls.

Walla Walla will look to bounce back against (RV) Southern Oregon at 8 p.m. on Saturday in a CCC game at Windemuth Court.
