Andy Myers joined the Walla Walla University men's soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in the spring of 2023, bringing a wealth of coaching experience and a strong emphasis on player fitness and development.
Since joining the Wolves, Myers has played a key role in helping elevate the program's competitive standards. He established critical fitness benchmarks as a requirement for match participation, a foundational element in the team's achievement of the best single-season record in program history since joining the NAIA. During his tenure, the Wolves have also earned the Cascade Collegiate Conference Men's Soccer Team Sportsmanship Award in each of the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Prior to arriving at Walla Walla University, Myers served as an assistant coach for the College Place High School boys soccer program from 2020 to 2024. He also led the Sager Middle School girls soccer program as head coach from 2021 to 2023, helping develop young players while fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
As a student-athlete, Myers competed as a midfielder for Whitman College during the 1992, 1993 and 1994 seasons.
Myers earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Whitman College in 1995 before completing his Juris Doctor at Seattle University School of Law in 2002. He also holds U.S. Soccer Grassroots coaching licenses for the 7v7, 9v9 and 11v11 formats.
Through his coaching, Myers is committed to developing disciplined, resilient student-athletes who compete with integrity while representing Walla Walla University with excellence on and off the field.
