McMinnville, Ore. – The Wolves begun Thanksgiving break with a trip to Oregon, falling to NCAA Division III opponent Linfield College 77-48 at the Ted Wilson Gymnasium.

GAME NOTES:
After a back-and-forth first quarter, the Wolves were only able to score 7 points in the second quarter, as Linfield College took a 29-21 lead into halftime.
Walla Walla struggled to make up the halftime deficit, as Linfield scored nine points off Wolves turnovers and took a 21-point lead heading into the 4
th quarter.
WWU shot 30 percent from the field and got outrebounded 51-26.
PLAYER SPOTLIGHTS:
Carolina Montes and
Aaliyah Anderson led the Wolves with 13 points apiece while
Morgan Stanyer contributed 11 points, knocking down seven of her eight attempts at the free-throw line.
Anderson led the Wolves with eight rebounds.
NEXT GAME:
The Wolves will look to bounce back, as they will travel to Spokane for their final preseason game before the conference season begins. The Wolves will travel to Whitworth University for a 7 p.m. tip-off on Tuesday, November 20.
