In set two, the Lady Wolves would battle with the Yotes in the early stages of the set, however a Yotes 11-0 would put the Wolves in a 12-3 deficit. The Yotes would use a balanced team effort to finish off set two and beat the Wolves, 25-11.

Down two sets to none, the Lady Wolves would start off strong and avoid an early deficit by stringing together multiple runs and minimizing the Yotes attack. Led by Caldora Blackburn, Lauren Barlow, and Sarah Halverson, the Wolves would push their lead over the Yotes to 17-15. The Yotes would answer right back with a 4-0 run forcing the Wolves to take a timeout. Coming out of the timeout, the Wolves would put themselves right back in the set, knotting it up at 19. The Wolves were led by Blackburn (5 kills & 8 digs), Erika Dudar (.250 pct. & 11 digs), and setter Krista Schafer (15 assists)

Head coach Scott Schafer spoke after the match on his teams efforts. "Despite the loss, we were able to see some development in our younger players," said Schafer. "Emilee played a good game with strong serving and good kill efficiency rating. We also had a stronger S/R score which was good to see development in that facet of our game."
