Lewiston, Idaho – The Walla Walla men's basketball continued their season, traveling to Lewiston, Idaho to participate in the Clear Water Classic Tournament, hosted by Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC). Montana Western (MS) served as the Wolves' first opponent while LCSC would be the Wolves' second opponent.

Game 1:
THE BASICS:

Records:  Montana Western (3-1), Walla Walla (2-1)

 GAME NOTES:
  • The Bulldogs raced out to a 22-11 lead in the first six-plus minutes to double up the Wolves. Caleb Golden, coming off the bench, helped spark an 8-2 run, knocking down two 3-pointers to cut the Bulldog lead to 24-19. This would be the closest the Wolves would come in the first half, as the Bulldogs held a consistent 5-10 point lead the remaining part of the half, taking a 40-33 into the half.
  • After a pair of Dylan Browning free-throws opened up the scoring for the second half, the Bulldogs reeled off an 11-0 run to extend their lead to 51-35 as the Wolves went cold from the field.
  • Midway through the half, the Bulldogs found their largest lead of the game after a Carter Kearns three-pointer put them up 21 points. From here the Bulldogs were able to continue putting the pressure on the Wolves and went on to win the game 92-62.
