COLLEGE PLACE, WASH. – Walla Walla continued their season, hosting The Evergreen State College (TESC) Geoducks. The Wolves, having to play at a different home location, played neck and neck with TESC the first two sets, but unfortunately would lose both by a combined six points and eventually lost in three sets, 25-21, 25-23, 25-10.

Records: TESC (4-2, 4-1 CCC), Walla Walla (0-7, 0-6 CCC)
GAME NOTES:
- Through two sets, the Wolves held a better attack percentage, committed fewer attacking errors, and were about even with the Geoducks in kills (29 to 24), but could not overcome late deficits.
- Set one saw the Wolves down 20-15, eventually losing 25-21, while in set two the Wolves clawed back from being down 24-20 to push the set to 24-23, but the Geoducks would close out the decisive set to take a 2-0 lead.
- The Geoducks would control set three, putting together a 9-0 run to push their lead to 17-6, eventually closing out the Wolves 25-10 and taking the match in straight sets.
PLAYER HIGHLIGHTS:
- The Geoducks were led by Zoe Shaw (15 kills), Sierra Wolff (35 assists), and Lily Stewart (10 kills).
- The Wolves were led by Gabrielle Browning, who recorded her fourth double-digit kill game (10 kills), Anja Cole (new season high 12 assists and seven kills), and Meherio Krainer, who tied her season high with 12 assists.

Walla Walla continues their season tomorrow night, welcoming Northwest University. The match will again be hosted at Rogers Adventist School and is scheduled to start at 9 p.m.
