COLLEGE PLACE, WASH. - Taylor Stricklin and Sailor Liefke each scored in double-digits to lead the visiting Eastern Oregon University (EOU) Mountaineers to a victory over the Wolves Friday afternoon. Despite the loss, the Wolves' defense kept them in the game, holding the Mountaineers to 31-percent shooting from the field and 12-for-38 from beyond the arc.

GAME NOTES:
- EOU came out and used the three-ball to double up the Wolves, 22-11, however, the Wolves responded in the second period, holding the Mountaineers to under 10 points, while cutting the deficit to 31-21 going into the half.
- The Mountaineers pushed their lead out to double-digits midway through the quarter and took a 52-39 lead heading into the final period.
- A quick 6-0 run by the Wolves to start the fourth quarter cut the deficit to 52-45, but the Mountaineers pushed their lead out to double-digits while limiting the Wolves to put together a comeback attempt, securing the victory to maintain in first place in the conference standings.
PLAYER HIGHLIGHTS:
- Taylor Stricklin led the Mountaineers with a double-double, scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, while Sailor Liefke notched 10 points.
- Carolina Montes-Estrada (16 points and 7 rebounds), Isabella Robles (19 points), and Jaliyah Casem (10 points) led the Wolves' offense.
