COLLEGE PLACE, WASH. - A career-high 31 points from Isabella Robles propelled the Wolves to their first-ever win against The College of Idaho (C o I). Robles scored 15 of her 31 points in the fourth quarter and overtime, as the Wolves finished the game on a 7-0 run to secure the historic win.
"What an effort by these young women," said head coach Tony Nakashima. "I'm really proud of this team. We've been playing some good basketball lately and with a lot more energy. Tonight they did a lot of the little things, our communication was great, they were flying around getting deflections and got some huge defensive stops. It was a total team effort led by Bella's big shots. These ladies just keep battling and I could not be happier to see their hard work pay off."
