Women's Basketball: Warriors Strong Offense Beat the Wolves

COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. – Walla Walla put in a collective team effort against Lewis-Clark State but lost the game in their home gym. The Warriors took the win with a strong lead of 77-50.  

The Wolves broke the Warriors' press well, but they couldn't keep up defensively. LCSC runs a quick offense and tight defense that WWU struggled against. Ellie Sander and Hannah Broyles led the Warriors with 12 points each.  

On the offensive end for the Wolves, Jaliyah Casem scored 15 points and Clara Campos with 9.  

Chariah Daniels contributed 14 points and helped defensively with 6 rebounds. Both teams proved to be well-rounded as each player scored in the match.  

The Wolves face Corban University and Bushnell University on home court next weekend.
