Men's Basketball: Almonds Sebirokwa Sets a New Personal Record Against Warner Pacific

COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. — The Wolves lost to the Warner Pacific Knights Friday afternoon, 62-115. 

Off the bat, the Knights took control of the game. Their unstoppable shooting from the three and their unstoppable offense, led to their win over the Wolves. The Knights shot 57.1% at the three, 81.3% from the free throw, and a 61.2 field goal percentage. Despite their efforts, the Wolves could not shut down the Warner Pac Knights, allowing them to take the win for the afternoon. 

On the Wolves end, Almonds Sebirokwa had a phenomenal game with a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds. Sebirokwa also set a new personal record this afternoon with 20 points in a game. Esaias Ford had 10 points for the afternoon and six rebounds. Jordyn Perez led with 6 assists for the afternoon. 

For the Warner Pac Knights, Thomas Miles had 22 points, followed by Isaac Etter who had 16. Etter also led the team in rebounds with six. Darius Traylor had 10 assists for the game and 4 steals. 

The Wolves are back at it again, tomorrow night against the Multnomah Lions. Before tip-off at 9 pm, we will be recognizing our seniors as they play in their last game of their collegiate career. See you there!
