CALDWELL, Idaho — The No. 4 College of Idaho Men's Basketball team showed why they are one of the best in the country with a 133-66 victory over Walla Walla in a Cascade Conference game at J.A. Albertson Activities Center on Saturday.
The Wolves are now 4-18 overall and 3-15 in CCC play with the loss.
Andrew Vaughan led Walla Walla with 18 points and six rebounds. The senior is now two points behind Tristan Greenidge (1,308) for the Wolves all-time leading scoring record. Vaughan will have the chance to break the record in front of the home crowd at Windemuth Court on Friday.
Almonds Sebirokwa picked up two fouls in the first minute, but bounced back for a 14-point performance in 23 minutes played.
College of Idaho was lights out from the field and set a team record with 23 made 3s and the 133-point performance was two points off a school record. The Yotes shot 61% (50-of-82) from the field and 23-of-45 (51.1%) from the 3-point line.
Dougie Peoples came off the bench and scored a team-high 27 points in just 15 minutes. All 14 Yotes saw the floor and all 14 scored.

The Wolves return home for their final two games at Windemuth Court this season. Walla Walla will host No. 4 Southern Oregon at noon on Friday, Feb. 14 and No. 23 Oregon Tech at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 for senior night.
