COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. — The Walla Walla Women's Basketball team lost to No. 17 Eastern Oregon 72-36 in a Cascade Conference game on Friday afternoon.
The Wolves dropped to 3-14 on the season and 1-10 in CCC action. The Mountaineers remained at the top of the conference standings at 18-1 overall and 10-1 in conference.
Allison Haslam led Walla Walla with 12 points and nine rebounds.

Jaylo Bello had eight points each.
Raquel Fehringer led Eastern Oregon with 12 points and five rebounds. 12 different Mountaineers were able to get on the board as 13 players saw at least 10 minutes on the floor in the victory.
EOU did not waste time as the Mountaineers hit five 3-pointers in the first five possessions and held the Wolves off the scoreboard for the first 4:41 of the game.
Walla Walla held Eastern Oregon to 38.4% from the field in the game and 10-of-48 from beyond the arc after the opening flurry from deep.
