KIRKLAND, Wash. — Allison Haslam had a career-high six 3-pointers and finished with 21 points for the WWU Women's Basketball team in a 102-60 loss to Northwest (Wash.) in a Cascade Conference game on Friday afternoon.

Haslam made 6-of-11 from beyond the arc and added four rebounds and two steals to her stat line. Jaylo Bello led Walla Walla (3-20, 1-16) with 23 points. Sidney Folkenberg tied for the team high with five rebounds and recorded her first 3-pointer in her collegiate career. Meghan Rasmussen returned to the floor and had five boards in 13 minutes.

Hailey Monte led six players for Northwest (8-17, 4-13) in double figures in a 23-point performance. Ella Whitaker added 16 points, Ellie Bost had 13 points, Taimane Faleafine-Auwae finished with 12 points, Jersey McGehee contributed 11 points and Kaleah Medeiros rounded out the strong team performance with 10 points.

The Eagles shot an impressive 56.7% from the field and made 17 from beyond the 3-point line. Northwest outrebounded Walla Walla 47-31 in the game and the Wolves shot 30% overall.

Walla Walla kept it close through the first quarter and three late free throws by Bello cut the deficit to just two points after the opening 10 minutes. The Eagles took control in the second quarter and pushed the lead to 19 points by halftime.
