How It Happened

A slow start put the Wolves in a early 4-16 hole, just 5 minutes into the game.  Stuart Tonack scored a bucket in the paint and TrentTorkelsen hit a three-pointer from the top of the arc to make it 9-19.  The Knights were able to maintain a double digit lead for most of the first half.  A three-point field goal by Ethan Osias was the last basket before the half as the Wolves went into half time down 28-46.  In the second half WPC quickly pushed the lead to 20 points and the Wolves never made a serious push to close the gap.

The Wolves return to Walla Walla tomorrow and then head back out on the road for a match-up with Lewis-Clark State College on Monday night.
