EUGENE, OR. - KiAndre Gaddy scored his 1000th career point in a 25-point effort to help Walla Walla pick up the win against Bushnell University (BU), as the Wolves split their last road trip of the season.
"Another milestone for the program and another milestone for KiAndre," said head coach Brandon Broome. "Happy to be a part of these special moments for our players and glad we could get the win in a hard-fought game."

- The Wolves quickly put the first half behind them, cutting the Warriors lead to single digits multiple times early in the second half. A layup by Ethan Ford at the 11-minute mark capped off a quick 6-0 run to bring the Wolves within four points, trailing 49-45, but that would be the closest the Wolves got. GAME 2
THE BASICS:
Final: Walla Walla 78, Bushnell 72
Records: Walla Walla (4-23, 3-17 CCC), Bushnell (8-19, 6-14 CCC),
GAME NOTES:
- The Beacons held a slim 20-14 lead midway through the half and pushed their lead to its largest at 34-21 with just under three minutes remaining in the opening half, but the Wolves offense responded, converting on five of their last six possessions to cut the deficit to 37-30 at halftime.
- The Beacons pushed their lead out to double-digits early in the second half, as a layup by Jarrett Bryant gave the Beacons a 50-38 lead with 13 minutes remaining.
- Walla Walla put together their best run of the game, as a Zayne Browning three-point play ignited the offense. The duo of Browning and Gaddy accounted for 15 points as part of a 17-5 run that tied the game up at 55-55.
- From here, the offense continued to roll, as Browning converted another three-point play and knocked down a triple on back-to-back possessions to give the Wolves their first lead in the second half at 61-57. The Wolves would add to their lead, but the Beacons continued to keep it to a two-possession game down the stretch.
- After Logan Sand converted a four-point to bring the Beacons to within three points, Caleb Golden quickly answered with a layup, but the Beacons responded with a quick hitter of their own, as Keishon Dawkins knocked down a layup to keep the Wolves lead to 72-69.
- With a three-point lead, the Wolves were unsuccessful on their next shot attempt, but a Browning offensive rebound proved to be costly for the Beacons. The Beacons fouled Browning and he knocked down both free throw attempts to give the Wolves a 74-69 lead with just under a minute left.
- The Beacons were not done, however, as Sand knocked down another 3-pointer on their next possession before Gaddy put the game on ice, shooting 2-for-2 to give the Wolves a four-point lead with 25 seconds remaining. The Wolves closed the last three minutes shooting 9-for-10 from the free-throw line to secure the win.
